Sales Admin

1. Job description

  • Direct support for the Sales department :  Receive orders, enter orders into the software for departments to receive and process; Manage records, transactions with customers (sign contracts, cancel transactions. Prepare documents according to contracts...); Update products, sales policies investors to sales staff.

  • Support Sales department in working with customers.

  • Process internal information, update data changes.

  • Make contract performance reports, control and promote progress to ensure contract progress.

  • Track and report revenue.

  • Bidding related work:  Update bidding package information quickly and ly;  Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare documents; 
    Implement bidding submission for assigned bidding packages, ensuring correct bidding process, progress and quality;  Check, monitor bidding results and handle arising work.

2. Requirements

  • Male - Female 23 years old

  • Have experience in Sales Admin position or equivalent position for at least 1 year

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook), know English

  • Good communication, sociable, friendly, good teamwork.

  • Careful and enthusiastic in work.

  • Positive working attitude, hard working, responsible.

  • Quick, quick grasp.

  • Can work under high pressure, desire to stay with the company long term.
