Mechanical Engineer

1. Job description

Design engineer:

Research and design automatic machine solutions and automatic production lines
Calculate and equipment and components for the solution (engine, cylinder, slide, robot, etc.), simulate the feasibility of the idea, and present the project idea.
Monitor the assembly process, calibrate the machine and handle any errors that arise (if any).
Participate in surveying customer requirements and developing overall solutions, and preliminarily calculating the list of materials and components needed.
Support business to resolve Customers requests regarding technical equipment and solutions.
3D design, 2D drawing separation, standard material list for manufacturing and processing
Place orders, participate in product acceptance, provide operational training, and complete design documents.
Project management and project implementation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Mechanical production engineer:

Receive drawings the design department and customers, read and understand technical requirements on the drawings, and establish production processes for the products.
Check and monitor the operation, equipment, materials and machinery of the factory.
Participate in analyzing errors enered during the production process. Can propose solutions to overcome errors that arise.
Establish and monitor production plans for each project
Move to check the product at the processing partner
Participate in supporting assembly, product acceptance, and document completion.
Perform other tasks according to the functions and duties of the department when requested by superiors.

Graduated University of Technology, National University and universities with related majors.
Proficiency in design software: NX, Autocad, Solidworks.
Understand the operating principles, calculation methods, and ion of standard equipment.
Skills in planning and implementing on schedule.
Teamwork and independent working skills.
Withstand work pressure.
Can travel on business as required.
Creative work, passionate about researching automation products
Have practical experience between design and manufacturing.
Accept candidates with no experience but must be creative and have the spirit of self-study and learning.

Salary commensurate with ability, discussed at interview. Annual bonus and annual salary increase based on actual contribution.
