Purchasing Staff

1. Job description

  • Update and search for product suppliers, develop supplier system to serve effective purchasing;

  • Periodic supplier assessment;

  • Coordinate with relevant departments during contract implementation and goods receipt, coordinate to resolve/report incidents arising during implementation;

  • Track the status of goods after placing an order;

  • Contact freight forwarder to bring goods to warehouse;

  • Respond and handle with suppliers in case of defective goods;

  • Weekly and monthly reports for management.

2. Requirements

  • Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience (or priority given to those with good academic achievements at Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Commerce University, University of Science and Technology, etc.)

  • Work management skills.

  • Teamwork, organization, communication, presentation skills, enthusiasm for work, desire for personal development

  • Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • English: Good listening, speaking, reading, writing (Priority is given to candidates with English certificates: IELTS 6.0 or higher, TOEIC 750 or higher, B2 or higher,...)

  • Priority is given to candidates who know Chinese/Japanese/Korean
